Took some of our rabble out to the breed show last weekend. It was the colts first show, there was some slightly silly behaviour but they were good non the less.
Hixton Hurricane 1st Veterans
Millwillow Monarch 4th Yearling Colt
Seves What Time Do You Call This, 3rd 2-3 Year old colt
Springwater Hilight - 1st Mare with Cert, 2nd Home produced Adults, Reserve Champ Broodmare, Reserve Champ Female. We came second to Springwater Anna so super pleased with results.

Thank you very much, we are very proud of them. Do you think pickle has got his mums good looks, he certainly got the ginger gene

Pickle is gorgeous - he is the spitting image of his mum ! I'm loving the gingers but I can't get my head around how ( or why !) it makes them so hard to spot in the field ! I guess if you think ' dark dun ' it makes sense - that colour just blends in with everything ! We're all missing D ( especially Corbie the shettie - it was luuurrrvvv ) but I sure don't miss those early morning/late evening field checks in low light when I'm scanning the field in rising panic because I can't see her , even though I KNOW she's in there somewhere , and then spot her standing 10ft away against the hedge looking back at me as though I'm an idiot . Every time . Like Arnie in Predator !

Well don't worry she can come back as I think shes probably in foal already the mucky mare! I know what you man I can spot them all apart from her and pickle they are so hard work. they are even camouflage against the bright green hedges in broad daylight.
