We've been here for the last two days and it's been a funny show, starting with absolutely filthy wet sh1t filled stables, indoor stables paid for and not available but the temporary stables were disgusting. People in our finals that hadn't qualified, the worker courses were nice but we basically jumped the same course 3 times yesterday and no fence dressing (greenery). Today's RI course was strong but fair. What was nice was other competitors were so friendly as were the stewards, I would describe it as everyone wanting PUK to come back to former glory and succeed but there is a lot to do. We sat in the evening session last night and the biggest class had 6 in, we sat through several no entries at all, remember the coloureds with 50, there were 3 and 6 in the Commanchee finals. Be interested to hear others thoughts

We had a really fun day. Agree it was odd to have people in finals that hadn't qualified but I understand why they opened the classes to everyone and I would rather have more competition than less. It was a very friendly show and the judges/stewards were generally very approachable, helpful and kind to competitors, one little blip but no fault of ponies Uk themselves. A very enjoyable show and nice to have the updates and photos being added to Facebook. Also nice to be asked about views and opinions for the future at the meeting, will wait and see what happens with these views. Thank you for a good day out.

People only turn out for HOYS and RI and this has killed the shows that we all enjoyed in the past. We counted 35 shows that always had good entries within a 50ml radius of us that have all folded through lack of support.

We where there for 2 nights in the temporary stables and thought they were much better than others we have been in, with plenty of bedding available.
