The Scottish Horse Show is delighted that it has again been granted HOYS Qualifiers for its usual sections - including the prestigious "Cuddy" In Hand, the "Cuddy" Horse Workers, M&M's, Show Ponies, Show Hunter Ponies and Mini Show Ponies, Intermediates and the 'plaited [BSPS] WHP'.

Plus, all the usual In-Hand RP/HP/ Light Horse, AA& PBA classes - and a full classification of M&M in-hand.

The Show is held on the wonderful Royal Highland Showground, with the Ridden Showing classes taking place in the well grassed Main Ring - and the Workers on the fantastic Andrews Bowen surface in the stunning Olympic sized jumping arena.

The Judges' list & Schedule is available on the SHS website.

On-site Stables are very limited so you're advised to book early to avoid disappointment. The Stable Booking form can be downloaded from the SHS website or obtained from the Show Stable Manager directly - [e-mail] (mobile: [phone])

The Schedule is now available on the SHS Website and entries are open. Entries can be made via Entrymaster or by downloading the Entry Form.

Likewise, stabling can be booked via Entrymaster, but if you have any special requests or queries - such as wishing to stay the Tuesday night too / stable with others / etc. etc., then please download the full Stable Booking Form from the SHS website or e-mail me, the SHS Stable Manager on [e-mail]

Stabling: Please note that the SHS is scheduled to run before the British Showjumping Show this year. This means that your stable floor will be clean, devoid of anyone else's' dirty bedding when you arrive!

Straw is available on the showground and it is free.

You are advised to bring bedding tools and something to carry all the straw in!

We request that stables are left clean and tidy for the next person on leaving them. This year we will take a £10.00 cash deposit per stable when you arrive, returning it on inspection when you leave. A great many venues have this policy so you should be familiar with it.

Due to a large event on the Royal Highland Showground across the previous weekend, the Stables for the SHS won't be erected until the Monday morning, so will NOT be available until Monday 17th July after 14.00 - (2.00pm).

REMINDER:

If you wish to stable with friends or a group, this cannot be requested via the on-line booking system as there isn't a facility for doing so.

You will have to contact me (Stable Manager) directly, to request a group booking form.

So, enter your class/classes on line if that is your choice, then book your stables en-block, preferably using ONE LEAD NAME and ONE payment to - [e-mail]

Whilst I can't take a card payment, you can easily pay electronically or send a cheque, if this suits you best.

But hurry, as on-site stables are selling fast.
