Can't help you with fees etc, but do make a list of everything you will need to consider if starting up, from insurances to business rates. Silly little things like an accident book and first aid kit for humans, plus the cost of a first aid course, health and safety risk assessments, fire precautions. All of these add up but if you don't do them and something happens you could find yourself in a lot of trouble.
Good luck x

I am in Yorkshire, have 2 on DIY and pay £100 per month per pony.
For that I get my stables and own field to graze as I like. We have a floodlit school and 5 horse walker. Turnout is restricted in winter but is not a problem with the facilities provided.
This is complete DIY, but the yard owner will happily bring ponies in / turnout, hang nets etc if required whilst I am at work. This is at no extra cost.

We pay £108 a month (£25 a week) for unlimited grazing in our own paddocks, stable, unlimited hay/haylage and straw over winter ... tack room, but no all weather or school but they're good flat fields so we school in our own paddocks x

I'm in West Yorkshire. Pay 25quid a week through summer. This includes use of school, trailer parking, storage stable, pony stable, 24/7 turnout, cctv and fully secure tack room. It increases to 35quid a week in winter as ad lib haylage is included and just turnout during the day.
This is fully DIY.
Full around by me tends to vary from 50quid a week no facilities to 100quid a week with use of school, Walker etc.

I need to move over the border to Yorkshire! I'm over in Lancashire and its £50 per week, stable, haylage (terrible) and straw included, school gallops and walkers (I must admit I don't use the gallops or walker at all though). we get morning feeds put in and that's about it.
