Good morning everyone. So currently finishing off stable set up with beautiful clear blue skies. We are forecast showers this afternoon as well as tomorrow and there is a fresh light breeze so wrap up warm! The arenas look very good and ready for a great week of showing. Please enter via the House gate please NOT the Farm. Ensure you lorry pass is on display BEFORE you arrive. I will do any urgent updates throughout the week on our face book page ( @whmanagementgroup ). Good luck everyone and safe journey. DO NOT TRY AND PARK CARS AROUND LORRIES. I want to try and get 95% of stabling lorries on hard standing. www.facebook.com/whmanagementgroup/?ref=bookmarks

A massive thank you to the hard working team at WH Management who did everything they could to help competitors in the most appalling conditions at the Winter Champs. Thank you for all your hard work and ability to keep a sense of humour! Your efforts were much appreciated, hope the sun comes out to assist you in the mammoth task of clearing up.

Well done, not just to the WH Management team but thanks to the Arena UK team and the BSPS Winter Champs team! Any other venue would have "pulled the plug" days ago. Yes it was bad but due to all the above plus 99% of the competitors being grateful for being able to show at the Champs and get their RIHS/HOYS tickets as well as having Saturday night championships and Supreme plus the Restricted Supreme on the Sunday. Well done everyone! I'm proud (& grateful) to be a BSPS member. Hope all got home safely before today's atrocious weather! Don't forget it's the taking part which counts as well! Those who like to criticise should either try running a show or offer to steward, this might make them think twice before posting negative comments on social media

Absolutely agree. BSPS at its Best, stewards and judges who can still smile and be helpful although freezing and soaking wet; team that bend over backward to keep everything going and help everyone and fellow competitors who have a smile on their faces and can laugh with you through the good and bad times. Well done everyone it was much appreciated and although I have never been to Glastonbury I feel I now know what it is like!!!!

Edited to add - I've emphasised in bold, what is probably your most important sentence! This important thread will hopefully put out a clear message to those who prefer to 'take' rather than 'take part' . . . . . .

No body can predict or control the weather! I think the Bsps and Arena uk did a brilliant job under very testing conditions.
