I am wondering which make of show saddles people are using on their M and M ponies.
I have tried several and the most popular make at the moment gives you very little lower leg support due the the stirrup bars being too far forward, your leg is forced forward and leave you almost over the front of the saddle. My leathers would also come off, and had to put the bars up, not ideal on youngsters.

I like the ideal saddles . A saddle should be what suits you both the best x

I love my Fiona cork original, very supportive of the lower leg. I’ve been out hunting on mine and found it super comfy and secure

One of the saddles your referring to and have none of the problems you mention but then again I don't rely on a saddle to secure my lower leg.
You shouldn't rely on a saddle for lower leg support your seat and legs should be Independent
Thank god people don't have to ride on old fashioned half panel show saddles anymore they'd all be falling off if they require a saddle to secure them
