I would like to say i am well and truely fed up with people who come onto this site to clearly cause trouble and upset for others,
Yes I am loggong on as myself and not as a quest but as you are well aware we can all log on as quests as well, if you dont like the site then dont use it, just dont continue to ruin it for others please

Good idea members only site required. I think the reason there are so many guests is that a number have been banned for various reasons and need to log on to keep up with certain 'discussions' obviously if it is something they feel strongly about they then comment as a guest and because of them being banned will by nature be very antagonistic. Just a questions how many members have been banned? ;D

Im not fussed either way whether its members only or members and guests, but the only way to stop people from moaning about guests making comments etc is to make it a members only site

Sunnyday, in answer to your question, since I joined the site I can only remember probably 8 or 9 instances of people being banned. You have to step pretty far over the line to get yourself a ban. We do issue warnings etc. to give people a chance to behave, but sadly there will always be those that can't or won't heed the warnings.
Incidentally, if someone is banned, all the usernames used on the same IP will be banned. So if several people are using the same computer, they will all find themselves blocked.

Most people are logged on as guests in the results area so they can slate ponies/riders and are too scared to log in under own name - here's the solution - eat some chocolate it's the answer to any bad mood. Simples LOL!

IMO Horse Gossip does exactly what it says on the tin!!! Its gossip - the mods keep it from being libeleious (sp?) and I for one love reading about the more sinister side of the sport!!! The Show Ring became members only and now it is incredibley boring and I hardly go on there! The guests are the ones who provide the most information/entertainment - rightly or wrongly.

Just a questions how many members have been banned? ;D It may be best if I try and answer this one. There have been less than a handful of full site bans issued. A brief description of how it works is set out below. When a ban is issued any ip, user names, email addresses that cross reference with any posting by the user will have also be banned. IE if user "A" had made posts using one of user "Bs" names but from their own pc the security system will cross ref that and ban all ip,user names, email addresses associated with "Bs" account banning them as well. Same goes for anyone that let user "A" either use there log on details or use their PC. Some people that never posted anything wrong will get banned by association as the security system does a blanket ban, unfortunately that’s the way it goes if you let someone else use your pc or log in details.

I saw a programme the other day and trampolines are one of the most common cause of injury in adults these days! Also, sales of TENNA LADY seem to have shot up, since mums who were not "too posh to push" started jumping about on them...........LOL Dread to think of the injuries that could be obtained whilst "frolicking" on one? Just the images of it is making me giggle.......

Oh what a good idea - wonder if OHs mates young gorgeous gardner would grant this aging lady one of her " 50 things to do before I die". Personally I feel it would be rude of him to refuse. Think " Desperate Housewives"

cant put this anywhere else so had to put it here...Milliesmum, there is a very unhappy lady sat here. You are discussing someone in the lounge who cannot be there to defend themselves, now i suggest you dont suggest people PM for reasons for banning as quite frankly it is no one's business if anyone wishes to find this person she is on Naybours and is happy to talk to anyone who asks. To discuss someone behind their back is slightly wrong i hope you understand, no one is having a go at anyone it is simply not right. No reason was given to the banned person as to why this action was taken. Thankyou. L
