Smack his nose! It will be your hand or arm next! Does not have to be hard, just a tap. Seriously our lead rein had this issue and it hurt when he got me,so i had no choice but to quit being so nice.

my LR chews and nibbles purely for attention he is so cheeky, I got to the ponit where he actually bit me! so as he went rubbish that day and was bein rather cheeky a tapped him on the nose. He was so unexpecting it he flew back as speed i couldnt do anything but laugh he was completly disgusted!! didnt cure him but helped.
He also chews the reins i put liquid red rum cribox on he isnt so keen but again no cure??
I have to say bunny our a and your b are to peas in a pod!!
but angels!! we rode him in the field with the yearlings they though it was a fab game to do figures of 8!! they came bombing up behind him he didnt even look back at them!!
I found pasture mix is helping the lazy bit

I would carry a stick wilst leading him so when he bites bop him on the end of is nose or give him a smack to make him go forwards, It might sound mean but he needs to know whos boss!

I sprayed liquid crib-box on the reins and my gloves for my Sec A, when she was a baby. Only had to do it twice, she never tried again!
Didnt like to bop her on the nose, as she only did it at shows, so was probably tension. Didnt want her getting all headshy in the ring, so thought this was the better option.
