I see photobucket are at it again! Today, 99% of all avatars have been replaced with photobucket's advice to upgrade. Doesn't it make you mad that companies like these think they can dictate to us what we can and cannor do, have us over a barrel? I suppose 'Proboards' have some sort of contract with them which makes it impossible to use any other method of up-loading pictures. Bit like Paypal - I HATE paypal!!!  Any thoughts, anyone? So what bandwidth are we supposed to use? I thought avatars were measured in pixels or bites or something. |

Oh yes, just noticed, that is really bad, like invading your personal space. Or stealing almost. Perhaps we should boycott these people and let them know this form of brain washing actually has the opposite effect.

P'raps that's what I'll do. Might as well have a go at adding a new signature at the same time - not too big, of course!

Nearly 60 minutes later and now it won't upload from either photobucket or tinypics (thanks luke3; certainly a lot easier to understand than pb) but I now have 'pip the pooper' under what should have been a piccy of my old terrier! I have resized it to 'tiny' and put 'none' in the pre-set avatars but ........ nothing! To make matters worse, I'm in a foul mood because BF has just told me on the phone (we live 30 mins from one another) that he is going to see KEVIN BL**DY WILSON tomorrow night at the Hexagon with 'a friend who happens to be a girl' whilst I'm going with his sister to a bodyshop party. Where's the fairness in that, eh???  |

.............. and people are probably wondering who is 'pip the pooper'! P'raps I should remove it until we can upload pics again. I have to be in the right mood to do this sort of thing, like avatars etc. I probably won't get around to it again until well after christmas, now!
