Have attempted to buy a pair of Ugg boots from what looked like a very good site on the internet. They took my money.....and guess what??? No boots. I have since seen a warning about said company that they basically don't deliver and when they do they deliver FAKES . I am in the process of trying to get my money back via my credit card supplier but it does take a while. Have just bought another pair off ebay but still out of pocket till cc get my money back Be careful out there HG'ers!

If you want Ugg boots and handbags - try M&M direct. This is a reputable company with discount prices - have used them loads of times

Trixie....the bad news is that if you paid with a debit card there is not a lot of hope of getting your money back Credit card and you stand a chance. Makes my blood boil Also beware of www.selluggboots.comSimilar stories coming from here too!

What a shame, I bought some recently and picked them up from someone 2 mins down the road, new and not a fake. There are some reputable sellers on ebay.

My friend bought some from this site a couple of weeks ago - she also used her debit card as she was at work & didn't have her credit card with her, when they arrived they were fake (she owns several pairs of the real thing!). Diane the same happened to her, she found the website of complaints after paying for the boots - hers are now on Ebay (she has been honest about them not being the real thing) in the hope that she'll get some of her money back. The people who recommended the company to her maintain that theirs are real but refuse to let her see them to check!

Google now seem to have removed the link to the Site. I know it is a good thing but I guess I have been well and truly had by this company With a bit of luck at least I will eventually get my money back!

Card company have said they have to wait 28 days from date of ordering. I have filled in transaction quirie form on line, this is then downloaded as they need a signature. I have signed my statement and attached copies of invoice etc and have sent it back to CC company who will now deal with it. I expect to get my money back as soon as they have ratified that all I say is true. The company is no longer on the internet

I had this problem last year, was a company called goodugg, this is also a chinese company. To cut a long story short, this company took more out of my account than the order came to, I got my money back from my bank straight away as I had stopped my card but they still let the company take my money. There are loads of companies who offer Ugg boots - it is the Ugg Australia boots that are the best quality and if the price looks to good to be true, it is!!!!

I was cross with myself too as I'm normally quite wary buying from site's I don't know. Wasn't until I looked on Martin's Money Management (the man who goes on GMTV) that I found others who were saying they were a fake company. It was an expensive mistake to make but won't do it again

There are so many dodgy UGG sites out there, my boss nearly made that mistake this morning. You can check if the site is legit by going on to the UGG Austrailia website and they list all there approved retailer and websites that seel genuine UGG. Be careful ppl!!

Well, well, well...guess what arrived yesterday in a battered bit of cardboard A pair of "Ugg Boots".....except they are not. They are cheap, fakes with the lining all scrunched up and stink of glue Rang Credit Card company who have disputed the transaction with this company and they say the dispute stands and to put it in writing to Barclaycard what has happened and return the goods. I am not paying goodness knows how much to send a pair of fake boots back to China so will send them back only if the rip off company send me a returns sticker for the parcel. I won't hold my breath.

A colleague heard of someone who got a call from Customs & Revenue to say they had impounded a shipment of fake Uggs from China, including the pair she had ordered ..... they gave her the option of receiving the boots & being charged with buying fake goods or they could burn them for her - she chose the 2nd option!!!!
Not sure if this is true but I wouldn't want to take the chance!
