I have just come home after staying 2 nights, went to watch the dressage. Chaos. The booking system has been off line for almost a week, so often they can not find your booking so be prepared for a wait. Our room was so cold, and my friend had to have an extra duvet. Was told on checkout that 50% of the rooms the heating was not working properly. All this for the discounted rate of £110 a night without breakfast!!! On the plus side, Moorlands Totilas was spectacular. Lets hope he continues for many years and our team are improving all the time. If you are going please make a donation to the Brooke or leave your bags with them. £1 an item. They are not far from the Kennel Club/ Joule stand and have a lovely time.

We stayed at the hilton hotel a couple of years ago when we were down at HOYS and they had double booked almost all the rooms due to faulty online booking which we didn't find out about untill we had qued for 3 hours to check in!!. we were some of the lucky ones that got a room in the end but 3 of us had to stay in a twin room! My dad had to sleep on the floor in a rug we had bought that day!! I even spoke to some judges who were judging the next day and they had no where to stay!!

Well let's hope they get their act together this year then! Have never stayed there myself, having heard it leaves a lot to be desired, and pricey too.

Well I hope things have improved at the Hilton since last year. We had no heating in the room and had to order more bedding. Heard that other people had no hot water.
Nightmare journey home with the trailer in snow and ice. This year I will be watching Olympia on the telly with the pony safely tucked up in her stable.
Good luck to everyone competing this year, the very last one for the NPS, and sadly the end of an era.

We stayed at the Premier Inn just off Cromwell Street in Kensington which was only a 15 min walk to Olympia even in the snow! Excellent service, lovely warm room and comfy beds and breakfast to match the 4* hotels we have stayed at previously. All this for £115 inclusive for a family of 3. Will definitely be going back again.

a couple of years ago we stayed at the Hilton - NEVER again! The room was freezing and the wondow had a draught around it, even the extra blankets werent enough! This year we stayed 5 minutes away in a lovely clean quiet hotel and thoroughly enjoyed our warm peaceful nights sleep (and Dominos pizza )
