Morning all, I hate coming into work on Saturdays. I only do half a day but feels like a day wasted as nobody comes in the shop on a saturday and I go home tired from doing nothing!!!

eventful morning... Pooh has jsut gone out in a big field with the 2 babies and has had a buckathon....
the girls were very scared of his new joules rug :-)
Pooh thinks he is now a stallion and showing the girls his best moves....
fingers crossed this time he stays sound.. at least the ground is nice and soft.. bless him

girlie (Bollinger to her friends) is ok... I htink because they did the specialised tests yesterday, tehy must have supressed the steriod that is being over produced and she didnt wee so much last night. I jsut want answers now and treatment to see if she will respond.
How are the little black puddings doing... LOL

Good news folks. Vet just been to see Charm and she is very pleased with her weight loss and response to the cushings tablets. She said they start to kick in about now, been on them 3 weeks, so was very positive about her recovery. She will have xrays taken before next set of shoes to see where we are.......

karma for bollinger x black puddings are doing fab thanks- deedle doo is such a good mummy, one of these that are born for the job!! Their auntie Wendy is pretty tired though lol, I better away and finish making the tea before i can't!

LP... great news... I am sure she will come right.. its jsut time..
I laughed so much at Pooh today pretending to be a stallion and do his passage and piaffee across the field... it really brought a lump to my throat to see the old boy actually being a horse again and doing what horses should.
keep persevering.

OOhhh don't say that Hunter I'm really really hoping they've got it wrong. It's been like spring today, despite the aftermath of yesterdays tsunami, with the sun out and birds singing and the first curlew was back on Thurs so things were looking up. It'll be like a slap in the face if it does come as bad as they say, boooo hoooo!!!!!!!!!!

Do like crumpets with honey as well but marmite just has the edge!!! There is a weather warning for jolly old Devon tomorrow, although its very calm at the moment and not raining!!! |
