When a judge is judging an Olympia qualifier , I believe any pony that is in their name ,their yard or currently being produced by them is unable to compete in an Olympia qualifier in that same year. I would like to know what other people's views are on a pony, having been in a judges name for the forseeable past, is transfered into the name of one of their relatives 3wks before a qualifier and duly competes @ a show the judge is organizing!!!!! Surely this loophole in the NPS rule book should be tightened as I feel it to be totally unacceptable!!!!!!!!! Any views please? ??

Hahaha Sportmanship at its best huh??!! I have always owned the pony...I pay for everything to do with the pony and always have done. What you so kindly failed to mention was that the judges own pony did not enter the Olympia classes. If you wish to act like a grown up you could easily have mentioned this to me whilst partaking in a drink with me on Saturday, but seemed to not even mention it and even gave me a hug when I was in tears about the last ride I was going to have on said pony.
Im not about to lower myself into an uncalled for debate on here if you wish to discuss further you know my number.

I believe that when you are legally the owner of a pony , it is to be registered in your name with whichever society the pony was originally registered with.Just because you pay all the bills for a pony , it doesn't stand that you are the registered owner. The judges own pony did not enter the Olympia classes as you have stated as this pony is still in the judges name. I am sorry you have sold the pony & do feel bad for you as when they go it's like parting with one of the family but that is a different subject entirely. My quibble is with the rules as they stand with the NPS. Spotsmanship , I believe , is being fair & I have mearly asked for an opinion on this subject. As I have told you , I feel that too many rules are being broken this year & unfortunately whilst others are talking in the background , I feel fit to voice my opinion which I am sure you would agree is better to be in the open rather than gossip with everyone else who has a view on this matter!! If shows were more transparent , perhaps they would be better supported. And I am not having a dig at any show in particular with this comment as entries are thin on the ground over all!!!! I did not post this to have a debate with you , I posted it to have other people's take on the subject!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
