I can not see what pleasure any one would get out having their horses or ponies produced.I think the whole fun in showing your horses or ponies is having them at home, doing all the hard work, learning as you go along, yes you will make mistakes and you will learn from them, the pleasure I get from being reasonably successful gives me more pleasure than being very successful putting my ponies with a producer ,and hearing people say they only won because they are with a producer, they couldn't do it on their own. Because not all of us are able to ride to the standard required but enjoys seeing their ponies ridden by somebody who can!!! Not all black or white, anyhow back to original thread, Debbie Harrison Knights fantastic, took my unridable A and totally turned him around

As someone who has horses produced, I would have to say Team Harvey. Sympathetically and skillfully done at home, then spot on when they slither into the ring looking a million dollars.
To add to the 'why would you use a producer' idea, I work 8am to 6pm in the City with a commute either side. I would love to have the luxury of a lifestyle and facilities that allows me to do my own horses - lucky lucky you that do have that opportunity. It just ain't practical for everyone.

Hm, this season Gill Thompsons lot have all looked lovely so far. Also Ollie Burchell-Small, Nicoll Show Team do a fantastic job. Charlie Letham has also produced some beautiful ponies (most recently Amesbury Via Las Vegas). As for natives, Sam Roberts, Katy Mariott Payne and Sarah Challinor. x
