Unfortunatly he passed away this morning. All thoughts and hugs going out to his family and close friends. Will be greatly missed by many. Xxx

I heard this afternoon A great loss to the horse world up here on the wirral everyone is very shocked Sleep well Mike RIP x x x x x My thoughts are with all his family x x x x

A great character and full of fun!!!! Mike you will be missed by all who met you!!!! you were a true horseman through and through and a very popular man!!!! it wasnt Luekemia, he had that but he died of pneumonia great loss! r.i.p mike x

My family went to mikes funeral, the church was full to the brim, this goes to show what a likeable person he was. one gentleman gave quite a talk on Mike juourney through life and one thing for certain...he certainly lived life to the full. R.I.P its a pity there arnt more like you
