from side on she looks like my def un-pregnant mare, however my mare Lottie has the roundest butt in the world covered in fat as with her crest so I know its fatness (preparing for winter and yes regularly wormed) your mare looks in a good condition but you can see that she is feeding for two - no fatty deposits on her crest or her buttocks, that tummy is not fat but def got something going on in there!!!
should your vet not scan her again for free if she does indeed turn out to be in foal?

The first pics i would say no.
But the second pics i would say yes. She is too odd a shape to just be over weight. Also her girth area hasnt deepened like an overweight pony would have.
