My hubby is telling me that driving to olympia - will be a nightmare?
What do you all think?
How do we find a coach to go?
Or is there a train that goes there?

i have driven to olympia for last 3/4 years and its really not that hard although sat nav always sends me the wrong way and i go from being 2 mins away to being 20 mins away ! but the sat nav does that every where i go ! there is a tube station right out side if you decide to go by train

I've always found it pretty quiet to drive to, oddly, but parking is the problem - I have a space booked in the multistory next door but it could be full by now. Unless they've changed it it is just outside the congestion charge zone too. I don't know which train line you're on but trains go from Clapham Junction to Olympia's own station, so I have done that from our train line (Portsmouth to Waterloo) getting off at CJ, and have also driven up to the nearest tube which I think was Wimbledon, left car in the street and caught the tube.

Echo the parking thing, driving not too hard, although one wrong turn and you're in the congestion charge zone. Parking mega expensive too, to park at olympia is £20 a session.

PLEASE don't mention the sxxx word, my girls were going mad last night when they saw the countryfile forecast, we didn't make it last year as we were snowed in and this was supposed to make up for it this year.
How do people manage to keep their horses in shape for Olympia with the weather as it has been unless they have indoor schools?

LP - from you I would recommend driving to Woking station, where there are frequent and quick trains to Clapham Junction. They only take 20 mins, and are about every 15 mins or so. There is parking nearby, recommend Heathside car park at 8.00 per day. Or of course you can get train from nearer station if that is more convenient. The trains from Clapham to Olympia only take 10 mins and are also fairly frequent. And as others have said, literally takes you to the door with the station being right outside the main entrance.
Last year when there was lots of snow it took me far less time to get home by train than my poor mother who was stuck in car trying to get back for hours and hours! (and does not live that far from me).
