Haha you can tell I had too much free time today haven't messed around on GIMP for ageeezz. Thats reeaaallllyyyyy amazing how did u do it?? xx A lot of time. Lol. Basically.. I cut Kestral from the background, fiddled about with the exposure and contrast levels, settled on a bronze background, had downloaded a few brushes for GIMP to create the background, and just kept tweaking til I was happy-ish with the result. Faded his legs into the background because I messed up the cutting from the grass, used two text layers in a downloaded font.. Basically I'm a GIMP nerd The more you experiment with graphics program, the more possibilities you can open up. If anyone wants one, just ask. ETA-I also smudged the tail out, as when you cut it out, it appears really 'boxy'. |
