Absolutley heartbreaking sale of my much loved mare.
Cleo is a dutch bred 15.2/16 hands 13yr old mare.
She really does have it all!! Iv never met one like her. This mare took me from 90cm to 1.30 in months! The most honest and genuine mare i have ever ridden, she will try her best and help you out as much as she can.
Cleo was imported from Holland as a 4yr old. Iv known her since then and admired her while she was in the area, i then came off ponies and got my dream horse. She gave me 3 good years of jumping and i loved every minuite.
I would like Cle to go to a home where she can enjoy all kinds of fun. I have hunted her once (which she loved - goes first or last) i have schooled her over a good cross country course, she is Grade B bsja - her print out speaks for itself. Cleo is a totally bombproof hack ... goes first of last, never ever bucks, rears or naps. I really cant fault her!!
Cleo is not a dressage horse, she isnt well schooled, her first rider didnt like to school her horses so she does go a bit like a giraffe, but i have had her on a contact a few times and she enjoys it.
She is 100% in her box, catch, loads and travels like a dream, compete's on haylage and cool mix. Such a low maintenance mare its unbelievable!!
I am looking for a 10* home for cleo. No timewastes or joyriders. This special mare deserves a special home. She adores to jump (she whickers when she hears the lorry start up she gets excited when going to shows) This is a heartbreaking sale, but i dont jump anymore and cleo's heart is still in the jumping. Open to vet - plenty of miles still on the clock - this mare will still be going strong at 20yrs old!!
Cleo is not a total novice ride - she isnt strong and goes in a happy mouth bubble bit but she is forward going. (Fab speed horse when need be!)
It is paramount that i only find the "right" home for cleo. I would always like to keep in touch with new owner. This is such a hard decision for me so serious enquiries only please.

Cleo jumping above. Always has her ears forward!! She really will have a go at anythng. Jumps open water, ditches ... even car bonnets!!!
