Doddington Cascade by Rosevean Troutstream, piccy taken 21 years ago in the days of flat show saddles, no chin straps, entries costing a couple of quid and diesel even cheaper than that and of course the BSPS champs at Peterborough! Those were the days................

Miss Ferguson of the Rosevean Stud died a couple of months ago. More recently she had ponies with the Rennocks, or Rendene Stud. Miss Ferguson bred both beautiful riding ponies and Dartmoors.
The show pony line of Rosevean prefixed ponies will be decreasing now, as I don't recall any registered in the past few years.
Rosevean ponies feature very strongly in a lot of the top pedigrees, my old mare was by Rosevean Eagles Hill.

We had a fab pony out of Rosevean Moondaisy. He was/is a real all rounder and the best hunting pony ever. He is now 19 and still lives fairly locally.

He is now 19 and still lives fairly locally. i had a mare out of rosevean moon daisy and was offered her free by her owner a few years ago. i had to decline as didnt have room. think also she is the dam of monsoon who is still going and has a gelding for sale on HQ right now. lovely ponies and i really regret selling mine. if she came back up for sale i would buy her back in a shot. my mare would be 15 now and was redrose moonshadow
