12 Year Old Liver Chestnut Gelding - 133cm SHP/SP LHC
Sad sale of our much loved pony. Desmond has very successfully competed at both local and top level showing during his career. he has taken my daughter safely for the past three seasons and she has enjoyed every minute spent with him.
He has been to RIHS and was placed in a strong line up of SHP.
He has the best gallop and comes back very mannerly. He loves showing and is very versatile being able to do both SHP and SP classes, and his gallop in the hunter pony classes always brings him up the line as commented by most judges.
He is only for sale due to being hopelessly outgrown and Rebecca now being out of the class so we are looking for a sympathetic and lowing showing home.
He is good to hack out and will go with a group or on his own. he is good with farrier, load, bath etc, can be a little sensitive with his ears so gentle handling proves successful.
His results speak for themselves having won many Championship's and Supreme's at RC and NCPA and BSPS level.
He was Champion SHP and SP at NCPA 2010 Championship.
Desmond is now seeking a new small jockey to continue what he loves doing.
No sensible offer will be refused and home is more important than price (ideally around £3,000). Desmond comes with a full wardrobe, comprising of rugs, hoods, Fylde Suede Haydon Show Saddle, Double Show Pony Bridle, Double Hunter Pony Bridle and everyday bridle, Courtlea Numnah, Travel Boots etc.
