The biggest groan is judges who consistantly place their mates.
Because they are miles from home they think!!! no one will take any notice, they get away with it because we don't video these shows and prove to the society's it is happening so talk on here and compare notes this is the only way to stop them doing it... we all have these camaras now so come on 2011 lets clean up the shows and rid those bent judges...

I can tell you, Ponies Uk do not take any prisioners and if someone does something out of order and they hear about it they stamp on it. They are very keen on fair judging their repuataion is at stake... ???Sorry I really do not agree with this at all! P(UK) are rapidly losing credibility and don't have much of a reputation to lose! |

hear hear kjm! credibility puk!! reputation!! what reputation!! but video evidence might be a good idea at puk qualifiers and champs what a good idea !lets hope all societys are as vigilant.

We all have the power to complain, but we don't cos we are english,!!!! We all moan at the ringside which is pointless.. However here are the facts!, Very few complain to the powers that be, Nps, Ponies Uk so nothing changes, because they cannot do anything not reported. The judges selection committee are often elderly ladies who probably never go to a show, therefore not going to do anything about SEEING the situation. It has to come from you!!! SO WHAT CAN WE DO...SIMPLEZZZ... Find anyone who is videoing the class or do it yourself, make sure you also film the rest of the line up and their shows. (you can edit them out after) IF.... an exhibitor or judge makes a mistake, send the video copy into the society affiliated to and they will do something about it. I can tell you, Ponies Uk do not take any prisioners and if someone does something out of order and they hear about it they stamp on it. You have nothing to lose, and everythng to gain and if you think the judge will put you down the line next time WRONG, she /he would not dare put their reputation at risk, by being struck off and your complaint with another video back up again... will be their fear. May I suggest you look at the composition of selection committees for the various societies before casting aspersions on all societies and show organizers. And, be careful (in this nanny state of ours), that, when videoing other peoples kids that you don't get picked up for contravening child protection......................!  ** Plus, if editing out can be done then editing in could potentially be done, too. The BSPS & the AHS have their 'Special Stewards' at many functions to observe. ** I say that with tongue (nearly) in cheek... |

hi is there a list of judges that like certain breeds or action types anywhare? so I dont waste money lol going under judges that would not like my type ...or is it do the circet and find out  |
