I took my Dogs for a long walk down our country lanes and their was this very small feild with barely no grass, and in the corner of the field there was a stable and inside was a very miserable looking pony and his straw was black from mess!! He didnt have any water or hay Felt so sorry for the poor thing

If the pony has no water or food you can tell the RSPCA cus i think that is against the law, and i agree its disgusting if people cant afford them they shouldnt have then. grrr it gets my back up when stuff like this happens

Phone one of the welfare societies, if he has no water and is stood in filth they should do something

No excuse for no water, however, the lack of hay and mud patch sounds a bit like my dartmoor's field as she despite winter is a fat pie and she needs to loose weight. She has one small haynet at night in her stable and is on fat patch in the day along with my section d who has joined the same routine now as well. So there may be a reason for some of it.
