We found the most amazing home for life for Jilly with Hayley, Libby and everyone at Cadlan Valley. You gave her an incredible start to her ridden career and loved that mare as we did. It was a privilage to own such a beautiful pony and have so much fun with her in hand, you couldnt help but fall in love with her - and to have such a tragedy happen, a horse/pony owners worst nightmare is more than tragic.
There will never be another pony in the world like her. Our thoughts are with Hayley, Libby and family, but also with Mr & Mrs Collins who bred this once in a lifetime pony.
Jilly - Eloise, mum and I will treasure every moment we had with you and we thank you for being a part of our lives.
All our love, Delami Stud xxx

What a sad end for such a beautiful little mare.
I hope the family manage to find another pony to try and fill the hole that she will leave behind, especially for the sake of the kids.
Lexy.

After a loveley text from all at Delami during Winter champs I set off to watch the lead reins to see the beautiful Jilly in the silver ring, I didn't even need to guess which one she was, she stood out a mile; a stunning childs pony that looked the perfect painted picture. I soon replied to the text with the words 'wow, stunning....she looks amazing' and to be in the lee smith supreme to her you could see what a fantastic combination there was forming. To get home from champs and to get a text from Danielle (Delami) was heart breaking. My thoughts are with all of her connections, she was a true superstar and the perfect childs pony that left me with a smile on my face everytime I saw her perform at the weekend. Huge hugs to all xxx

Thank you all for your lovely comments regarding our Gorgeous Princess Jilly.
It still feels so unreal & so unfair that such a bad thing can happen to such a wounderful, loving, cuddly, pony.
Like Danielle has said you could not help but fall in love with her, i have never bonded with a pony as i did with Jilly within weeks the whole family loved her to bits, every minuite we spent with her was a pleasure.
I was so proud to be leading such a superstar & seeing my little Libby ride her.
So gutted for Mr & Mrs Collins her breeders who were so looking forward to meeting back up with Jilly at Lampeter stallion show - she really was a CREDIT to you as breeders.
Jilly will be sooooo badly missed but never forgotten.
R.I.P Jills love you forever XXXXX
