Ha ha im here spreading filth Well i've been to the buggery old gym and must say I really enjoyed it.Here's what I did - 5 mins on treadmill thing, then 5 mins on cross trainer,5 mins on excercise bike,another 5 mins on cross trainer,20 sqauts with a big ball behind my back,10 more mins on the tread mill, then some stretches!!! She didnt want to go too mad because of my back.Im doing all that again tomorrow then next Thursday she's introducing some more stuff!!! Must say I felt very positive and lively afterwards  |

Hello all!! Lovely new area! A thank god I can't be here for too long or me and brin may have to get it a bit mucky! Its like lovely white trainers, they just HAVE to be trodden on!
Well managed to ride and ended up getting lost. Took us two hours to get home lol. So I now feel like I have a permenant saddle between my thighs!! Went with LP yesterday and had candy measured. Met the lovely jennifer! Wow I am in awe of that woman, just so kind and soft and lovely! I wanted to pick her up and take her home to cuddle!
Hope you are all well and behaving without me, hope to be back online within the next few days.

You should speak to Cayberry Stud, they're such lovely natured ponies and I don't think she has any greys! I'm working on daughter no 2 to be horsey enough for me to acquire one in next couple of years.
She's on here somewhere, cannot remember her name on here leave it with me I'll find her and pm you cheetham.
Glad someone else posted I was watching when Guestless changed it over but I didn't want to be first so I was very good and walked away til later!
