Morning Cheetham Didint like the alarm going off this morning. Its not for me. Frankie still snoring and will be very grumpy when I wake her later. Am dreading work and really dont want to go back. Consoling myself with spring bank week coming up. Have a good day everyone.  |

Went and picked up spider today from the BSPS 13b show cant belive you were there dazy and i missed you. Ah we were there too hatman, didnt see DC but saw AD riding round!! |

goodness, its windy here too.. I want more rain so my grass will grow..
Had to laugh yesterday, went to chuck my 2 TB's out, and my old boy decided he didn't want to wait for me... For the first time in 17 years, he barged out of the stable with me still holding on.. just... ripped my fingernail... then decided he was a 2 YO going down to the start and leapt about like a lunatic.. hmmm.. me thinks he might be feeling well ;D ;D ;D

Morning all  It was really windy here yesterday as well , was wishing id stayed in bed at the show in the morning as it was freezing . We got soaked just before coming home it poured really hard . I live less than a mile from the showground on the same road so i thought at least we have had some rain wrong got nearly home and it was totally dry no rain at all  . Really proud of Louise yesterday as she went in the child handler class and there was a little girl who was 7 next to her in the line up who had been crying on the walk round as she didnt want to do the class . She said to Louise what do you have to do so she told her that you walk away and then turn round and trot back to the judge . The little girl won the class and Louise was 2nd . Afterwards she said to me that the little girl was worried as she had not done it before and didnt know what to do . I was really pleased that she thought helping the little girl was more important than winning . Really pleased with Nutmeg as well because i thought she would be putting her head down to eat all the time and dragging Louise around but she was really good for her . Hope everyone has a good day |

Yes she was really pleased that she made a new friend as well . She won it last time much to my supprise I dont think she is cut out for the cut throat world of affilliated showing though but i would much rather she had a sportsmans like attitude to showing rather than win at all costs . |

Well done ILN, there were so many shows to choose from round here yesterday, wish we'd chosen differently!!!
Anyone else absolutely freezing? I've had to put socks and a puffa on in the house, and i've just had to rescue the pony bandages from the apple tree again as they've flown off the washing line despite double pegging them.

Absolutely peed it down here this morning, stopped now however very windy bits of tree flying all over the place. Just done some wifely duties, cleaning the house, washing etc.... how boring, would much rather be at stables... Thomas at home on mondays and he is being a right so &so today  If anyone has the Scottish farmers magazine apparently there is a section from Ayr show and Amy is mentioned in it ...how proud am I? ;D ;D hope your all ok xxx |
