Nooooooooooooooooo she's only 18!!!! and im too young to be a granny............... Only saying. Then you could go in a glamorous granny comp and you could be having those posh lead rein outfits. I mean, that stuff wouldn't suit me, not with my up and coming position in the dressage world.

Morning all
Nice and tidy in here isn't it? Feels a bit like when you take the tree down after crimbo, all bare but very tidy ;D
Barefoot, I hope you are coping hun. Just remember its only for a while. Pretty soon you will get things sorted and be back to a new 'normal' for you and Christy. Make sure you get EVERYTHING that you are entitled to. The CSA takes 12 weeks to process a claim BTW. And make sure you have a bloody good solicitor. You may feel sad now, but pretty soon you will start to feel very, very angry and there is nothing more satisfying than revenge to look back to. ;D
Had to have a family meeting last night. Having big problems with Frankie and her bedroom, so rather than keep nagging about it we had a meeting to discuss everyones 'responsibilities'. Me, OH and frankie all made a commitment to each other about what our 'jobs' are, and the jobs we have are proportional to the number of hours we work/are out of the house. She told me that keeping her room tidy and also the cushions on the sofa would be a reasonable amount to expect her to do. Lets see how long that lasts PMSL.
Bloody glad its friday. Night off strict diet tonight. 6 halves of larger in local followed by a lovely chinese takeaway mmmmmmmm. Did a big stew yesterday and had to have mine with boiled rice instead of chips and dumplings. Was quite nice actually. Dumped some chilli sauce in my rice and told myself it wasn't stew it was goulash and should be served with rice. Had to literally force myself to scrape frankies plate in the bin with a bit of dumpling left and half a dozen chips. Was very hard!

Another dressage pony up that I like - POA. Put me right of ringing, remember the last one was £50,000. Why can't people just put the price, it is afterall the first thing you need to know! Rather annoys me now.

That's the trouble, a dongle in this area is slower than dial up apparently! Apart from having the odd chat on here and fb i,m not usuing the puter much, but poor Christy use's it a lot to access Glow/schoolwork and pony games... she really misses the ponies and i think it's just a wee connection to it again in her head. Was at solicitor on Wed amwap, had to travel an hr on train then walk to get to one. (Christy had to get the day off school because of the time to get back) He has gone to one in Aberdeen, case will be seen in the sherriff court so.....a lot of hassle but i made the most of it and caught up with family for lunch and took Christy shopping with her Christmas/birthday money-we were both down to a pair of jeans and a couple of tops so she was pretty desperate for clothes. How are you today dazy, not sure alcopop ribena will help dry you up, but i bet you have a very flat tummy going in the way now it's been a few days of it........there is always an upside to these things. I had a delayed nervous reaction after the solictors, was when i started to think about going home and why i was in town etc....my did i have to fly into the nearest loo, passing Starbucks, they were closing up but just made it lol. They have rubbish coffee but i was ever so glad of their loo!! Man that's a pricey pony sagey, must be made of gold! Mind i think Haggis was worth at least that in his day bless him
