I used to be a member of BSPS area 11. They are very nice bunch, really friendly. BUT when I looked at the prices to register me, Sam and the pony this year, I just cant do it We registered with NPS instead, which cost less than half the price If we qualify for anything exciting, you still have 7 days to register with BSPS. We have our life certificate done, so thats the main thing

I spent £200 pounds last year on BSPS membership owner transfer for NPS and AHS Plus height cert at £75 then paid to enter RIHS qualifers then the day before the 1st show the pony went lame he then came sound in june and his 14 year old jockey had grown so much he was too big for him so by the time i found a new jockey he did 1 BSPS show in sept thats a lot of money for 1 show!!!!!! Hoping for better luck this year

Don't you think its disgusting that the Owner, the Rider and the pony(ies) each have to be registered. I have registered my daughter BD as the owner as well as the rider of my pony otherwise will have to pay twice. You can't do that with the minors though.

Evening all
Back from my naughty night out and a bit drunked. Just had a load of chinese food and have my weigh in tomorrow. But have been fiarly good all week so am allowed a night off!
I agree with you BR! We show at county level with my sis's stock but me and frank stick to local level. Still get some strange results but we always have fun. Funniest was when I walked out of 1 ring and after frankie stood on back line of novice handler and 1st-8th all made major mistakes such as turning wrong way, dragging pony without a stride of trot ect etc and chuntered to my mum and OH that judges eyes painted on and didnt know what she was doing went in a different ring for bonny pony and a best native type class.
Won bonny pony (natrually!) and stood 2nd in best native class. Frankie while accepting her rosette proceeded to tell new judge that she was glad she had won something as she had been 'robbed in novice handler as everyone did something wrong' and 'mummy says that other judges eyes must be painted on' and suffers from 'shiney and bouncyitist'. PMSL. Thought she was supposed to be holding her pony not earwigging! ;D ;D ;D ;D

Princess could earn enough for that outfit if she were to do hatman's bits for her.
I say, did anyone see that nun programme last night and what they did to your irish girls that got pregnant. I was brought up and irish catholic and I am telling you it is all true. Not that I was in that place of course, but they were evil witches to us in the convent school.

I know Sagey, she hears and sees everything and very rarely forgets a conversation. She told a dad at school that he better check his daughters hair for lice as mummy says x always has them (overheard from a phone conversation), she told my mum that she wasn't strict enough with children and thats why aunty amy is naughty and doesnt have a husband and already has a child, and she told her teacher that her reading diary wasn't completed as mummy says she's 33 and not 13 and finished with homework when she left school. She reads to me or OH every night which I have told teacher but I refuse to fill a form in everytime she reads as that is monitoring me not her. Its become a principle thing! Am hoping she grows out of her 'honest' stage soon and develops tact soon instead. If she doesn't sagey she's going on time share to you and LP. LP can teach her to be frilly and pink and girly and you can teach her some tact. ;D ;D ;D
