do we just need name when getting stables as that is the way i am thinking as have misplaced that pink sheet of paper and thats all i got and at most just say name to stable manager and he tells number

Interesting - we have 7 stables booked but no lorry passes just confirmation on our entry sheet with competitor numbers.
When I emailed the office they said we should have lorry passes but none of us have.
Confused - again we are hoping to just give stable bookers name as coming in 3 different parties.

The stable pass and lorry pass are the same thing. Last year i forgot to take mine and just gave my name and we got our stables ok. Just take your stable conformation on your receipt if you have it.

Ah thanks - so what we have is a letter confirming our class entries and stable booking so we just need to produce this?
Trouble is the others won't have mine and stables are all booked in my name.
So hopefully if they give my name they will get their stables.

we got individual passes for each stable booked - but only after a few calls from the person who booked our stables!
