Can a sp or shp compete in both the intermediate class and their height class (ie 152 shp and int sht / 148 sp and small srt) on the same day?
If so perhaps the time has come to alter the rule (as per whp's) whereby you can only compete in one of those classes on the same day (at the same show).

I will get round to joining... Anyway my thoughts on the matter; you can get 148s who are very 'horsey' looking that do hack classes and intermediates. Thaht's why I think the heights should be kept the same but horses must elect at the beginning of the season what they want to be Judgesstill need to be on the lookout fo type though as I'd imagine some people will change a SP to an ISRT to keep the rider in the class as theyget older

Completely agree with saturday girl. 148cm sp can be more SRT. But there is nothing worse than sitting on a horse in a supposed horseish class & been beaten by show ponies! electing classes at the beginning on year sounds good! the workers have to do it at every show! why not make it once a year??
