Hi Pinks, we have not had ours either, my little boy is heartbroken!!! It was his first eve perf ever and he was so thrilled. We can't put up the photos off Anthony Reynolds as the rug is in all the shots!!! Have spoken to Ted several times, last time he said he had the rugs and could not tell me when they would come out and that he had about 12 still to send. It has made an absolute farce out of a fab event and tarnished the memory. My little boy asks quite regularly when it is coming, I ring Ted often for an update, have given up ringing NPS as they did nothing to help. Sorry for the rant, but glad to know it's not just us.

I have spoken to Ted numerous times even written to the NPS to no avail. I feel strongly that either the NPS or Horseguards should sort this out??

'Sid' what a very kind offer we would love to borrow it, would that be a permanent loan and would I need to insure it!!! NPS state they are highly coveted so would hate to have it nicked as clearly a replacement would be hard to get!!!!

I have brought this up in Council several times and have been assured that it would be sorted out and I am disappointed that it has not. I will make enquiries today and post later on today to update you all.

Thankyou Mr Bright, glad to hear somebody has not forgotten. To some people it may seem trivial but these children were told and presented with what they were going to win and they quite rightly are upset. We had a great time and the Junior ring went down a storm so seems such a shame for this still to be ongoing.

Thanks mr bright ,but dont hold much hope as i allready had everyone on the case even to a rug supplier and a embrodier given nps a quote and was told too much ,that was at cost.

I have today spoken to the NPS Chairperson and the Office, who have in turn spoken to the rug sponsor. He promises that all outstanding rugs will be available at this years show. We are really sorry for the delays that the children have experienced obtaining their rugs, but the problems have been outside the control of the NPS. I personally really regret that it has not been sorted earlier and if you wish to email your details to me at Davetips@Hotmail.com, I will check you are on the list. If your child does not recieve their rug at the show. or if you cannot attend the show, please also email me and I will deal with it for you.

Pinks, try to persuade your little girl to go to the champs, we are in the same boat as you and I was dreading it and still am because like you said I hope the promises are not empty again. At least if we are there and the rugs are not we are in the right place to kick up a stink!!! Speak to her and let her know there are other kiddies feeling exactly the same.

woof is not moaning ,it is a joke 1 year on .this was the nps flagship show their 100 one and the children feel proud that they won them, i feel that the nps as they had to split some of the classes should meet ted half way and provide some rugs because after all he only agreed to so many .

Can we leave this issue alone now until we know whether NPS have failed to deliver them at this year's show. Hopefully dave will be able to ensure all the rugs are provided to those who should have had them long ago.
