What's the lowest ride mark you have ever seen ? Would you expect to ever see 0 given - say if something gave an appalling show or maybe a leadrein pony which bucked ??

In workers you get 20 marks for style and manners whilst jumping and a further possible 10 marks for manners in the ridden (non jumping) show. Last season at a buzzy show a very well known whp got 2 for manners in his show.

I've had 6 before for conformation no joke with a 14hh thta the judge gave 36 to the year before and had it champion! it looked better the second year! I think that if a pony goes very very badly it should be given a low enough mark to drop it out of the placings. In my opinion many judges don't spread there marks enough and thats why you end up with ponies who have gone badly still getting placed high x

We once got a "0" out of 10 for a worker show - it was well deserved - he was lucky not to get sent out of the ring.
Last year with a different pony we got 9 out of 20 for jumping even though we were one of only 6 clears in a very big class. Lots of ponies with one and two stops got more than us.

I can remember a few years ago receiving a 30 for breed type and conformation and the very next day receving a 48, WOW that was some amazing transformation, duoh or was it just the judge changing!

I once got 15/50 at the RIHS, partly because I retired the pony half way through the show as it went horrifically wrong and was no point carrying on.
