Just to say that on the LISRT everyone involved is at fault. The Jerrams should have told their clients not to compete at that show, the client should have not have gone to the show and the judge should have indicated that the connection was too close for her to have the horse competing under her.
The horse does indeed deserve to qualify, but it's a shame they had to resort to that particular opportunity in order to do so.

Congratualtions to all that qualified for HOYS in all classes. From what I heard both ISRT's were worthy winners. Well done Chloe and Kirtsie. Kirstie went up to win from second place, not because the horse was the judges prefered choice, it wasn't, but because she did a better show as the marks will confirm. I would also like to point out that the judge does not work for and has no financial connection to the Jerram yard therefore they are entitled to show under her as per the B.S.P.S rules. In addition the Jerrams did not attend the show the owners took the horse themselves to avoid this sort of backbiting. I do think it is a real shame that showing has descended to this level of backstabbing and bit*hiness with everyone focusing on chasing qualifications rather than enjoying competing and making lifelong friends which is how it used to be. I really think we need to put all this into perspective and realise that there are much worse things going on in the world!
