I have just phoned the Great Yorkshire Show office and there is a reorded message saying despite the recent weather conditions the show is STILL GOING AHEAD Really looking forward to this show anybody else going?

yes we are going tonight to watch tomorrow ...not taking ponies this year as only got novices ...cant go wed as got a training couse at work Looking forwards to it as great show and rings are fab ...just hope the ground is not too waterlogged !

Just been to drop the caravan off.
No problem at all driving across horsebox field, Its damp but I wouldn't call it muddy yet. Saw some large wagons driving across it quite happily.
It might cut up by Thursday but no real wet patches
Only downside of what I saw was the temporary stables. Those dreadful tent things with fabric sides
