Please rest assure that as a sponsor of this show RIHS it is going ahead and by no means being cancelled! I have spoke to Catherine May only the other day. Were she informed me that the are working round the clock to get all rings into condition. When i spoke to her she also informed me the the ground was dry and looking good. "No way was this show being CANCELLED!"

Come on you lot who live near hickstead can we have daily weather reports and ground conditions it is only 1 week to go is hickstead ground back to normal yet have they sorted out the damage from the derby, we will be leaving next Sunday night to get there for Monday and as it has done nothing but rain here in the north all week i am losing the will to live. However the weather reports on the telly look better for down south but a bit of local info would be appreciated we need a daily weather report to put us northerners in the picture.

Exited, we are not too far form Hickstead but have not been to the showground recently but the weather down here has been ok, some patches of rain here and there but nothing to worry about, took the ponies out into a freshly silaged field today having had some rain in the night and it was very dry and actually a bit hard, I would say the ground will be fine as long as we tickle along as we are now. Happy to give weather updates any time just yell out.
