Only if Newbury councel pull the plug on the ground - but lovely and sunny today and windy so hopefully all will be well. You are right not great entries for plaited ponies but M&Ms are well supported - 19 in ours and you can gaurantee these will go up on the day!

I've just had an email from them saying they are inspecting the grounds for the South Show at 11am. Sorry re-read it on Facebook and they're saying 11am WEDNESDAY for inspection not today sorry need to find my glasses.
Really don't know what to do if it goes ahead, it was hideous on an outdoor surface at the Area show last weekend, can't imagine how dangerous a grass ring and car park could be by the weekend - hmmm.

The show is ON. However, we have decided not to go. I fear parking may be precarious and we dont have studs in, so the going may be slippery What a shame - but no one can help the weather. best of luck to all that go xxx

There are many rumors regarding exactly what is meant by restrictions in place. Such as all parking on the road....no exercising area.... Only walk in collecting ring. Could P UK please respond with a more definite meaning of restrictions so we all no the real story before making a decision whether to come. Many thanks.

Do you think attendance will still be high with the weather conditions? Just reading the rules that Puk posted on website re warming up etc.

Of course, especially as they have been announcing low entries to entice people to come! It will be the biggest show ever, you'll see. 13hh SHP's are online as 0 entries but I know of quite a few people who have pre entered in that class so not sure whats going on......

It says 0 entries in the 13hh class as there has been no entries so far. If the people you say that have pre entered would like to get in touch with the office then this can be clarified before hand for them.
