There are many rumors regarding exactly what is meant by restrictions in place. Such as all parking on the road....no exercising area.... Only walk in collecting ring. Could P UK please respond with a more definite meaning of restrictions so we all no the real story before making a decision whether to come. Many thanks.

P(UK) South to go ahead on May 5th on Newbury Showground Newbury Agricultural Society representatives met with Davina Whiteman on the Showground and have agreed for this show to go ahead subject to a very strict traffic management plan to safeguard the ground for other events on the showground over the weekend. No Horseboxes must arrive before 6.30.a.m when gates will open, HGV vehicles will enter via the Blue Circle Gate and be parked on the roadways and Non HGV vehicles and all cars will enter through the normal Horse Box entrance. No pullouts on horseboxes must be used as there will be a one way traffic system in operation to allow a free exit for vehicles on the showground. All exhibitors cars must park as directed please, we appreciate your wish to be adjacent to your horse box but I am afraid this will not be permitted on this occasion to ensure the show goes ahead. NO LUNGING WILL BE PERMITTED ON THE SHOWGROUND Ridden exercise must take place in the large horse box park and not on the grass areas within the showground adjacent to the HGV Horseboxes. The competition rings are in very good condition for everyone to show their ponies. Council really appreciate the efforts made by all parties to allow the event to go ahead and hope you will all understand and have a great time.
