Overbent I am so pleased for you - I am sat at my desk at work having a little cry but pretending I have something in my eye so they wont think I am a total wuss. It just shows never give up hope. Good luck with the new one

Hello Overbent. Lovely story and you are so right not to give up hope.
I have been in a similar-ish situation as you over the last year and a bit. My boy was injured last May. A very special boy, my first homebred and at the age of only 3. I too have spent over £6000 on vets fees and other things getting him better - and he too is getting there.
I could write a book on the ups and downs of his recovery, (nearly a year on box rest is no fun). He has come back from almost having to be PTS many many times.

What a lovely story, puts a real perspective on the other somewhat more trivial matters that go on.
