Hi,
We have recently bought a traditional. But could do with some tips on getting feathers really white, bright and fluffy for the show ring please, we currently use pig oil and sulphur as part of a weekly routine!
Any tips and advice would be muchly appreciated.
Many Thanks xx

keeping them clean all the time, not just for shows helps then the stains dont build up. we like alto lab shimmering white shampoo and then supreme chalk powder on damp legs, leave to dry and brush out on show day, ant last minute cover ups with supreme cover magic

I have a collection of traditional's that are for the ring i use good old washing up liquid, Daz no bio washing powder mix with water and Arctic white shampoo then once washed put shavings in his feathers rubbing the shavings in will fluff them up the talc powder after that dont brush the feathers till the next morning and also in winter i use a pig oil /sulphur mix to stop them getting stained and burning off in the mud works wonders.
