Menai Celtic Warrior was a fab little pony, pulled off a fab show in both classes I saw him in, and for a change rider fitted him perfectly! Lovely pair who thoroughly deserved their results! Thank you so much!!! He is my pride and joy!!!!

Home after 4 great days at Equifest. Super friendly show, excellent evening performances, great shopping and fabulous venue and some of the best worker courses we have jumped for a long time (paticularly RPR ring). Only downside for me (not equifests fault) was the length of time that the worker classes took. In 3 of our classes we had 39, 41 and 48 competitors! Some classes took over 2 hours and we had to choose which classes to do as what looked fine on paper clashed! Two poor judges Mrs Higson and Mrs Scott started judging at 8.30am in one ring on wednesday and with only a short lunch break finally finished judging the novice M&M whps (large had 48 in) at 7.30pm!! Would be great if there could be some stables nearer the 3 worker rings as I spent so much time walking back and forward to see how classes were doing. Classes did run late because of the number of competitors but this just shows what a very popular show it was. Standard of ponies was excellent. Very big well done to Equifest and the team Totally agree, best whp couses ever. Prp arena amzing to jump in, well done to the course builder!!!!! Well done everyone.

thanks for a good show, workers really good.. my only gripe which applies to most shows is the working in rings and also the confirmation rings are too small for the larger cobs.we did have a lovely week shops very good this year i even had my nails painted.

Thank you so much!!! He is my pride and joy!!!! I had him as the winner in the 4,5&6 year old class. Makes a lovely change to see a C that isn't pulling on the rider all of the time, he did a lovely polite show and you rode him beautifully. He's a huge credit to you, well done!

Think gemma stanford went equifest m&m champion in hand ! Well done I went reserve riding pony champion with thimbleby angelique !! Who was Champion RP. Please. Not sure what it was but a bay went riding pony champion. It was very badly behaved and didn't deserve to go champion the reserve went beautifully should have taken it. Very unjust.

Very proud of my rescue horse Calamity Jane II - 2nd ridden rescue, 2nd open l/w cobs, 2nd bto, 4th riding club horse, 5th in hand rescue, 8th working cobs and 9th concours. We had a brilliant week with good friends. The whole Equifest team were brilliant as always - can't wait for next year xxx

Had a wonderful week and my 4 yo exceeded my expectations with 1st and champion 4,5,6 yo isrt and went foot perfect in the evening performance... However we missed preliminary judging because we looked in the schedule rather than the catalogue boohoo! gutted but so glad she behaved.

However we missed preliminary judging because we looked in the schedule rather than the catalogue boohoo! gutted but so glad she behaved. & that is why we won't be attending any time soon - took 3 ponies (for the day) last year & only managed to compete in 1 class due to changes to the schedule that we weren't aware of.

Had a lovely few days at equifest, well organised and a lovely atmosphere. A couple of hiccups which equifest could easily address for next year. Eg shower/toilet hygiene. One thing that did surprise me was the amount of small breed M&Ms with adults on, that were far too big and trying to pass themselves off as children. On a brighter note, was lovely to see a class of 48 genuine novices in the workers on Wednesday. So often novices are jumped by open ponies as a 'warm up', but this large breed class was full of genuine novices, asked to jump a tricky course! The courses were lovely and loads of space. Loved the experience!!

Why was it a surprise to you that adults were riding small breeds in county showing the rules rider any age in open classes other not trying to pass themselves off as kids its always been the rule my girls still ride smalls and both are in other twenty its not a child's class

I was simply surprised at the amount of adults that were too big on said small breeds. Some adults look fine on them! There was a lady on a Dartmoor in the eve perf who fitted her darty perfectly! I didn't say adults shouldn't ride them.
