Has anyone used Scottish Equestrian Insurance Services for horse insurance?
Looking for insurance for one of ours and these guys came in 50% than anyone else, but would like feedback, good or bad, before I get the policy

Brilliant, I used to work for one of the nightmare companies 15yrs ago, so I am very cautious about insurance on my ponies lol

I have been with them for years but unknown to me I was covered for vets fees but not livery fees if hospitalised, have just moved to equine and rural services which covers everything inc being hospitalised and for less money,

12 years with them, 4 claims- 2 major ops, 2 scintigraphy , X-rays, scans etc with 3 different horses. They have always been super.

I was with pp and when my renewel came up Julie Andrews insurance transferred me to Scottish equestrian saying it was pp's sister company and as you say much cheaper. I haven't needed to claim yet though so cant comment on how good they are.
