Really comes from a good diet - I'm a huge fan of the use of balancers to supply all essential micronutrients, and have always found that with these and a good bath they will gleam of their own accord. Products on top are only the icing on the cake.

I've recently put my bay welsh c on micronised linseed and she looks amazing. She's shedding her coat but is still shining. She is also fed topspec comprehensive and Alfa a. But the coat had started shining even more since adding the micronised linseed

I'd highly recommend black sunflower seeds for added shine. Having started feeding these at the beginning of winter, there is a definite added gleam to his summer coat as it comes through. I'd reiterate the above about a balanced diet though - make sure to feed all required nutrients etc too

Spray with coat shine spray regularly and brush it into the coat. This should work as it will keep the coat constantly shiny.

As well as diet, a really good coat shine we use is called dreamcoat in a big silver spray bottle, works a treat. We also use pig oil but have to be very careful with it can burn them if not careful

Regularly wipe over with hot water and Fly away & groom aways lavender wash. After bathing, I always use the show sheen and use it on the morning of the show. On my Liver Chestnut, Chestnut and now will begin this with my new bay connie. Works a treat!!
