Does anyone else find it impossible to use?!?! It lets me buy membership, it lets me add ponies but it wont let me associate a rider with a pony which appears to be compulsory before you can enter said pony for shows! Is there a special trick to it? I'm just about ready to throw the laptop out of the window!

I've tried lots of times, get so far, then get frustrated and switch it off. Same issues as you have, I've given up, I find the website too tricky, I'm not the best with technology. :-(

Have now spoken to the office and apparently this problem is sorted out now ! You can get in touch with us pretty much at any time evenings included and Sarah will do everything for you whilst you are on the phone.
I also am useless with online forms so know how frustrating it can be !

I did find it very clunky too got there eventually, but I think I still have an issue because I put my daughter on first as the member and then realised that you only get the discounts as an adult so tried to edit but sure if it changed the name!
