Supreme black hoof varnish. It's not that awful stuff that is thick and shiny and never comes off. It's great.

Gold Label Blacker than Black is another good one. We use the Clearer than Clear and that stays on for ages

Absorbine stays but it's a pain to get off, lasts a week or so. You can get rid with nail varnish remover though.

Absorbine is good and looks good, BUT is not good for the feet.

Re Absorbine, you can get it off using their liniment in the oorange bottle or both Gold Label and Robinsond make hoof varnish remover which both get it off straight away. I would then use Kevin Bacon Hoof Grease or NAF Hoof Moist to re-moisturise their feet afterwards as a precaution.

I use hoof moist as standard on mine for every day as my farrier said its the only thing that lets water in still and the hooves to still breathe. They do a black in this but I've not tried it as its Maisie's job to paint feet............and her feet........... And legs.......... And anything else that may move while this process takes place!!!!!!!! Hence why I stick to the White!!! Lol
