Can anyone recommend a good sat nav I can buy for my 7.5 ton lorry. Something that will tell you low bridges and alternative to those little lanes car ones seem to find.

We have a snooper truck sat nav which we are really pleased with, they are expensive but has been worth it as our car sat nav was always taking us down the tiny back roads and the truck ones avoids these. You enter the height , width , weight and type of bodied truck your driving so it avoids any bridges etc you won't fit under. It also gives you plenty of warning about which lane to be in . www.snooper.co.uk/truckmate/satellite-navigation.htmlTom tom also do a truck one but I've heard they are not as good as the snooper truck.
