We have a little chestnut gelding Thoroughbred, just turned 12yrs old. He is about 16.0hh. He is fit and sound. Good flat racing record. Registered ROR. Good to box, shoe, clip etc. Good in traffic, hacks alone and in company. Happily jumps sj and xc up to about 90cm, never looks at fillers or water trays etc. Regularly competes and hunts. Up to date with vaccinations and dental. No visible scars etc. Moves nicely and very pretty and will do a nice dressage test. Let me know if you would like to see pictures.

Hi, I have a stunning 16.2hh Bay TB Gelding by Oscare (Ire) out of Miss Capella that's for sale. He's 11 years old, but rather low mileage due to lack of time more than anything. I've had him nearly 4 years. He raced as a 6/7 year old 4 times and did a bit of pointing before that. He has lovely clean legs and is free of blemishes (well to the best of my knowledge anyway)! He's ROR registered, and has been shown in (big) ROR class and placed. He is nicely schooled, and has always been placed at unaff dressage - winning prelim and placings at Novice. He is very honest to jump, and doesn't stop. He is green though as I don't like jumping in my old age so he is doesn't jump very often at all, but we've jumped him over a course of 80cm and he's jumped at home up to a meter. He loves jumping though, and is quick to learn, so it won't take long to get him going... I have also xc schooled him a couple of times, and he was great - jumped everything like a pro. Ditches, water, banks etc etc.... He has not fulfilled his true competition potential by any means, as I have young family and just don't have the time to do him justice and am just too busy with my 3 kids and their ponies. He has no vices, and is an absolute pleasure to - doesn't kick or bite, and is good to clip (so good, in fact that I don't even bother tying him up half the time)! He's good with farrier. Loads and travels beautifully in trailer. He's good with children and dogs. He will live in or out. Don't be put off by his age - he's literally just been rehabilitated by me very slowly, and I've put all the basics in place - now its time for someone to go and have some fun with a great horse, but I should add that he isn't a novice ride, and only a sensitive, calm and experienced rider will get the best out of him... I don't want a lot of money for him - my price is fair - I just want him to go to a good home where someone can do stuff with him - he's totally wasted with me.... If you are interested, please do get in touch, and I can give you more info and piccies...
