You need to find out why he's stressing all the time and possibly change his management. Also get the vet out to check for ulcers.

I agree with the above, however in the first instance, unless there is a good reason not to, I would turn the pony away.. let him chill, then once he is back to himself start again

Good advice above. If there are stomach issues, you ideally need to get to the bottom of what they are and what is causing what. Is the stress causing the 'pain'or is the 'pain' causing the stress? So, a complete break in the cycle seems a very sensible solution with the added bonus that the pony is going to have ad lib roughage. If you don't have much grass, I would feed hay in the field too.

All of the above are good advice. Get the root of the problem diagnosed before putting lots of cash into products you might not need.
However, chamomile tea, brewed and let to cool mixed into feed might help. Slippery Elm is another good product but I would get a professional diagnosis first
