O As a spectator without a pony in the LR class can anyone shed any light on why a show would select a judge who clearly only favours shetlands being a shetland breeder herself. Not saying a good shetland shouldnt win but when you have a class of 30 with 3 shetlands and they are all in the top 4 perhaps this judge didnt realise that it was a mixed class of m and m s as she only seemed to like Shetlands and the co judge clearly must have been a shetland fan too! I can appreciate a good A and Dartmoor and in the opinion of most people near by where we were spectating none were given a fair chance. Given the cost of entering these classes surely judges should not be blatently biased towards one breed and if they are should only judge those breed classes? Get a grip for crying out loud!
