RESULTS BELOW Q2 Should the rider who qualifies an animal for HOYS/RIHS be the only person allowed to ride it at the final ? Answered: 964 Skipped: 3 TOTAL 964
Strongly agree 46.99% Agree 23.44% Neither agree nor disagree 7.88% Disagree 11.93% Strongly disagree 9.75%
Thank you all for taking part my conclusion from reading 460 comments is that animals stabled in a Producers yard is acceptable as the owner has invested in the process. Its the pro riders or producers taking catch rides that people seem to find annoying as they have not invested in the animals progress during the season

Agree with the outcome. I feel as though if somebody has ridden the pony in the ring and has qualified hoys or ri or Olympia they should be the one to ride it as they have put in all the hard work as the pony could of been ridden by someone different in that qualifier and not of gone as well and therefore wouldn’t of qualified but I also think they should make an exception if rider under any circumstances cannot ride in the final instead of pulling out the pony.
