I'm looking for a 4-6yo, nicely started Highland Pony, show quality, laid back temperament and willing but not onward-bound ride for myself. A 'pony for life'. Only looking due to tragic loss of my lovely gelding whom I had hoped to grow old with.
I am also looking for a small, bomb-proof, but not necessarily show quailty pony - any age - for my nervous but reasonably competent 10yo daughter!
We like to do pleasure rides, weekly schooling lessons, beach rides, hacking and some showing.
We're based in Central / SW Scotland (Ayshire) but will travel to see the right pony.

Update - thanks to this board my daughter is now the very proud owner of a beautiful 13hh 4yo Highland mare .....
I am still looking for a Highland pony for myself .... must be show quality, straight moving and no blemishes .... a pony for life ..... lovely temperament, laid back, willing ride but not 'onward bound' or strong, not nappy or spooky or bucking!
I know I'm being fussy but I would prefer a 5-6 year old pony which is well started ideally established walk trot canter and safe to hack, to a pony which has been there and done it all ...
We can offer a permanent active and varied home - beach rides, schooling, hacking and pleasure rides, some showing inhand and ridden ....
As I said we are in Ayshire Scotland and will travel for the right horse
